Restorative Yoga & Mantra Meditation

Rest. Receive. Restore.

Settle into a deeply nourishing practice designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with your inner stillness.

You’ll rest in supported restorative postures while being bathed in sacred mantra and healing ambient music, creating a subtle sound journey for the body, mind, and spirit. Mantra becomes a gentle vibration around and within you, soothing your nervous system and inviting a sense of spaciousness.

With the body fully supported in comfort, tension melts, the breath deepens, and the mind softens into presence. As you surrender into stillness, the body naturally shifts into its rest, digest, and repair state, where healing unfolds with ease.

Session Overview

  • Review of your take-home mantra guide (Sanskrit & English translations)

  • Short gentle yoga practice to shift energy and to warm and relax the body

  • Awareness and connection to the breath

  • Supported restorative postures for deep relaxation

  • Sanskrit mantra meditation and sound healing

You may choose to silently repeat the mantra or simply listen and receive — both are welcome, both are powerful to cultivate deep rest.

This practice weaves restorative yoga, mantra meditation, and therapeutic sound to soothe the nervous system and restore balance throughout your whole being.

For thousands of years, mantra has been used as a tool for healing, clarity, and inner peace. Sanskrit mantras carry a unique vibrational quality that supports energetic balance, spiritual connection, and inner stillness. Even the simplest mantras — like Aum or So Hum — can help clear mental tension, regulate the breath, and calm the nervous system.

Group Size: Intimate group of seven
What’s Provided: Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and props
Investment: $55 + HST
When: Sunday December 14 | 1:30 – 3:30 PM
