A Seasonal Yoga Practice for Autumn
Take time to realign with your inner rhythm through seasonal yoga and simple rituals. Just like the trees releasing their leaves, autumn invites us to let go of what no longer serves us (physically, mentally, and emotionally), so we can turn inward, restore balance, and nourish our energy.
Elemental Focus: Water & the Sacral Chakra
Fall is associated with the element of water—fluidity, sensuality, and creativity. Water is also linked with the sacral chakra (located within the pelvis), inviting us to step into the flow, welcome change, create, and feel. Moving the body in rhythm, softening our edges, and learning to let go are ways to honour the water element within.
What You’ll Experience
