Gentle yoga followed by 9D Breathwork while floating beneath the evening sky
The Experience
As the sun begins to set, join us for an evening intentionally designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll begin with Colleen guiding a gentle yoga practice, poolside, to prepare the body, mind, and breath while inviting you into the present moment. From there, you'll settle comfortably onto your floating raft beneath the open sky.
Josephine will then guide you through the immersive 9DMT: Cellular Regeneration Breathwork journey—a deeply restorative experience combining intentional breathwork, cinematic sound, guided visualization, and multidimensional audio, designed to support nervous system restoration, emotional release, and a renewed connection to your body's innate ability to heal.
We'll close the evening with light refreshments and quiet time to integrate before heading home feeling calm, connected, and deeply at ease.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, please use a soft voice and silence your phone to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
We'll gather at the pool for our gentle yoga practice before making our way onto the floating rafts for the breathwork experience.
You'll be provided with:
A floating raft
A beach towel
A pillow
An eye mask
If you need assistance at any time during the float, simply raise your hand and a member of our team will quietly come over to help you.
Once the breathwork journey has concluded, your raft will be guided back to the edge of the pool so you can comfortably return to land.
As you continue to enjoy the effects of the experience, we kindly ask that conversations remain quiet and phones stay on silent until you're ready to depart.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get wet?
You'll step onto the first or second step of the pool ladder while getting on and off your raft, so your feet and lower legs will get wet but will dry quickly. The floating rafts measure approximately 39" × 74", have a soft flocked surface for grip, and support up to 330 lbs. After your float, you're welcome to use your towel to dry your feet and legs if needed.
What should I wear?
Please dress comfortably for the weather and wear clothing that's easy to move in for the gentle yoga practice. If the evening is cool, layers such as a sweatshirt, light jacket, or cozy socks are recommended. Pants that can be rolled above the knees work well for entering and exiting the pool.
How should I prepare?
We recommend eating a light meal beforehand, staying well hydrated, and allowing yourself plenty of time to arrive without rushing. Washroom facilities will be available before and after the session.
Do I need yoga or breathwork experience?
Not at all. This experience is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established yoga, meditation, or breathwork practice. Everything will be guided, and you're invited to participate in a way that feels supportive for your body.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
9D Breathwork is not recommended during pregnancy.

How many spaces are available?
Ten floating rafts are available for this experience. Two lounge chairs are also available for anyone who prefers to remain on land while participating in the breathwork journey.
What happens if it rains?
Mother Nature is our guide. If weather requires us to cancel the event, participants will receive a full refund.
