Enjoy three soothing hours of radiant rest devoted to unwinding and softening through a deeply nourishing and restorative, feminine yoga practice.

One of the simplest and most powerful ways to support your nervous system and hormonal health is to create intentional space for rest — a gentle retreat from life’s daily demands, even just for a short time.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Relax and restore your whole being

  • Release stored physical, mental, and emotional tension

  • Shift stagnant energy and return to flow

  • Nourish your nervous system

  • Relieve the effects of chronic stress and overwhelm

  • Reclaim spaciousness, presence, and inner calm

  • Rebalance your mind, body, and heart

  • Connect with your feminine energy centers — heart-space and womb-space

  • Deepen self-awareness by listening to your body’s wisdom

With a feminine approach, we practice in a way that honours the rhythm of our cycles and stages of life, as well as the seasons and the phases of the moon.

This restorative session will blend gentle movement, rest, reflection, and supportive practices for women’s wellbeing.

This Month's Theme: Purification & Renewal

February carries the energy of gentle cleansing and clearing — releasing what no longer serves and creating space for renewal.

Message: “Clear your path and have the courage to let go.”

Slowing down and resting supports not only our physical wellbeing, but also allows for emotional cleansing, healing, and growth. As you emerge from your retreat, you may find yourself moving forward with more steadiness, ease, and clarity.

Session Details

Experience Required: None, come as you are.

Group Size: Limited to a group of seven

What’s Provided: Yoga mats, restorative props, journals, pens

When: Sunday, February 22 |1:30 – 4:30 PM

Location: Inner Calm – 155 Front St N, Sarnia (beside One Tooth)

Investment: 3-Hour Session, $95 + HST
