A Four-Week Journey Into Rest & Renewal
Join me for four nourishing evenings of candlelit restorative yoga, an invitation to slow down, release tension, and make space for deep rest as we transition toward winter.
Restorative yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and props to fully support the body in comfortable postures held for longer periods of time. With this support, we can begin to release unnecessary effort, soften tension, and settle into stillness.
Each session incorporates gentle yoga, thoughtfully supported restorative postures, breath awareness, and spacious periods of silence. In the soft glow of candlelight, you'll be guided into each posture with time to settle, find comfort and ease, and experience the restorative qualities of rest.
Each evening concludes with an extended final relaxation, where gentle guidance gives way to silence, offering an opportunity to rest without needing to do or achieve anything.
