Mindful Movement & Yoga Nidra
Join me for a nourishing practice that gradually transitions you from movement into stillness. We’ll begin with gentle yoga to relax the body, free the breath, and awaken prana, preparing your whole being for deep rest through Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, often called the yoga of sleep, is an ancient practice that guides you on a meditative journey into an effortless state of being between wakefulness and deep sleep, a place where the body rests deeply and the mind becomes quiet and calm.
This practice asks nothing of you but to lie down and listen. Through gentle guided awareness, the breath softens, layers of tension dissolve, and the nervous system unwinds. Yoga Nidra invites you into a mind state often referred to as peace beyond words.
Supported with bolsters, blankets, and props, your body will rest in comfort as you’re guided through stages of awareness and inner sensing, gradually moving from the physical body into more subtle layers of presence, stillness, and spaciousness.
