Therapeutic Practices to Boost Your Health & Wellbeing

As we continue to navigate change and uncertainty, our yoga practice can guide and support us. By integrating yoga (on and off the mat) and focusing on the life we dream of living, we can stay grounded, centered, and present on this journey through life.
I invite you to connect or reconnect with your yoga practices this month; connect to your wellbeing; connect to what you can control, which is only the present moment. Disconnectedness leads to health problems on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. For example, problems with menstruation, apart from pain or discomfort, can create difficulties with fertility and later in life with menopause.
I'm excited to share that I've planned and created all of my offerings for September through December, with the common theme of connection! Connection to self, to your breath, body, heart-womb; to others; to the earth, moon and the universe.
Join me to learn holistic ways through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and movement, to boost your health and wellbeing as a woman. Gain tips and inspiration on therapeutic practices to give you more energy and vitality - whether you're within your fertile years, transitioning into menopause, or beyond.
This month I'm guiding the following sessions:
Sessions are now open for registration and I will continue to add upcoming classes and series. If you would like details on upcoming events, feel free to send me a message. I've updated my website with new pages of information; I would love your feedback! I've also included a page dedicated to my passion project, On Fertile Ground - A Journey to Holistic Fertility, please feel free to share this program with your friends and family.

As we enter Labour Day weekend, seasonal changes present the opportunity to mindfully acknowledge and observe their beauty. And just as we observe the seasons, we can check in with ourselves.
It's here that we can become present to the life we're living. Take time to reflect; allow yourself space to pause, and space to move forward - transitioning to new beginnings.
I've included a short Mindful Movement session for you, click here to practice. Some of you may remember this one from last year; this short sequence is an opportunity to cultivate calm, healing energy. We begin by shifting our awareness from our head into our heart space. Through gentle movement, connection to the breath, and positive affirmation, we soothe our mind, body, and spirit. This sequence of postures can be integrated into a gentle morning, afternoon or evening routine to bring awareness and movement into the body. This practice is ideal when experiencing fatigue or low energy. Enjoy!
As we embrace September, what are you doing this month to stay connected to yourself, to your yoga practice, and to others?
May we all grow more wise, calm and grounded in order to better support ourselves and those around us.
